Our journey in the vast and boundless waters of the Pacific began in 1986 with the opening of our first significant venture, our tea factory, developed with real estate and accelerated with visionary investments and firsts in many different sectors from technology to energy, logistics to mining. In 2023, we opened up new horizons with Pasifik Holding, which we established by gathering all our companies under a single roof.

In line with its vision of "designing technology" in all areas in which it operates, Pasifik Technology, established to produce domestic and national technological products of strategic value for the country, from the defense industry to information technologies, was born from this understanding.

As a technology and R&D company, Pasifik Technology, located in Bilişim Vadisi Teknopark, went public in 2024 and is traded on BIST with the code #PATEK. With Titra, Proline, Destel, Ditravo, iCredible, and Destel Connect within Pasifik Technology, we offer end-to-end solutions with high-added value to our customers in many fields, from defense industry technologies to information technologies. We show our strong vision and innovative perspective at every step, from design to production.

By making a strong entry into the defense industry, we are changing the balance of power in the field with domestic systems such as ALPIN, Turkey's first domestic and national unmanned helicopter, DUMRUL; Turkey's first armed unmanned helicopter, DELI2 kamikaze UAV; which is a candidate to be the best in the world in its class; and FPV kamikaze drone MERKUT, in the light of the goal of developing domestic and national technologies. While offering innovative solutions to the defense industry with our new products, such as ALPIN-2, DELI-2, DELI- mini, DUMRUL, and MERKUT, developed within Titra Technology, we are accelerating our efforts to achieve a stronger position in the regional and global market. With our innovative and unique engineering solutions, we are carrying out proud projects in the national and international arena. In Unmanned Systems, we attach great importance to R&D activities to offer a high-performance, durable, and globally competitive product range.

With the addition of Proline to our Group in the field of information technologies, we aim to contribute to the digital transformation in the sector with our smart city management, identity management, secure qualified document production, and biometrics technology solutions. As one of Turkey's leading information technology solution providers, we are carrying out the maintenance and sustainment project of the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs, which is the third largest project in terms of project size in Turkey and the third most significant project in the world in terms of biometric data system size, within the scope of the contract we signed with AselsanNet in 2025. We recently completed and Delivered Ditravo's ticketing system, which is used through TCDD's mobile, web, box office, and hand terminal systems, with an innovative vision.

Thanks to this system, an average of 4 million monthly ticketing transactions are successfully realized. With our iCredible company, we offer secure and lossless crypto asset storage and crypto exchange software solutions to the financial world using blockchain technologies, and with our iCredible File Security product, we also provide cyber security solutions by storing the security of data at endpoints such as computers, which can be considered as relatively weaker points, in an encrypted and distributed structure with blockchain technology.
