Founded in 2003, Proline, an R&D center with a staff of 70 experts, develops software and hardware products in two expertise areas, namely Secure Documents and Biometric Solutions, and makes a difference with innovative and high-tech products and software solutions for fingerprints, vein prints, facial recognition, and various other authentication tools.

Specializing in smart and secure city management, secure and qualified document production, identity management, and biometrics technologies, Proline pursues a strategy focused on the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Turkey. Among the critical projects that Proline has implemented both in Turkey and in the region, especially in the last 10 years, are the management of the security of Doha, the capital of Qatar, from a single center; the establishment and maintenance of the physical security infrastructure of the Istanbul Airport project; the development of the BioPOS device to be used in the Social Security Institution's Biometric Identity Verification Project and the realization of patient identity verification with finger vein prints; the "3 in 1" project of the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs. The "3 in 1" project of the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs includes the implementation of technologies and processes that cover passports and driver's licenses as well as Turkish ID cards, allowing their use with chip, electronic, and biometric data. The Population and Citizenship Affairs (NVI) is Turkey's 3rd largest maintenance project and the 3rd largest biometric database globally.

In addition to these products and services, we aim to launch at least two new products in 2025. We also have strong ambitions to position these capabilities in international projects.

Travel Technologies

We touch the lives of tens of thousands of people every day with our travel software solutions!

Founded in 2020, Ditravo develops software and products in travel technologies and ticketing with its expert staff of 29 people. Thanks to the ticketing system designed and developed by Ditravo, which is used over TCDD's mobile, web, box office, and hand terminal systems, an average of 4 million monthly ticketing transactions are successfully carried out. We designed the software system with the foresight that it will increase operational efficiency and provide high customer satisfaction in executing ticket control processes before and after ticket sales to passengers. We completed the project in which Ditravo was a subcontractor, and we started in 2022 with an innovative vision according to the needs. We Delivered it in January 2025. The new system was used on the same date and has been successfully used since the first day, with the number of ticketing transactions increasing daily.

Thanks to the technologies and solutions developed, we ensure that passengers using these systems have the best customer experience before, during, and after their journeys and that travel service providers manage their operations more easily, faster, and more efficiently to provide high-level and quality service in passenger transportation.

Our software system offers various possibilities ranging from name- and seat-specific numbering to different price applications in all train travels, from high-speed to classic trains; it provides comprehensive use with integrated solutions from loyalty applications to car and hotel rentals. The architecture, infrastructure, and current technology of our passenger transportation and ticketing software can be revised with the experience gained and offers compatibility with all modes of transportation or operation, such as airline, highway, et. al., that require ticketing. In this sense, based on our product, which meets an essential need in travel technologies, we plan to develop new software products in the coming period by using our company's competence in this field and to carry out marketing and sales activities for these products on a regional and global scale.
