He was born in 1976 in Antalya. In 1994, he graduated from Antalya High School. He completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University DTCF (Faculty of Language, History, and Geography – History) and his Master's degree at Konya Selçuk - Sociology Department.
Between 2000-2008, he worked as a general manager in a company operating in different sectors.
Between 2000 and 2010, he created many history and politics-themed programs at the Radio and Television Institution.
Between 2011 and 2013, he worked as a ministerial advisor to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, general coordinator of KYK Education Programs, and coordinator of the Turkish Youth Council.
Between 2013-2018, he served as Advisor to the Minister and Deputy Undersecretary at the Ministry of National Education.
During the same period, he served as the President of the Vocational Education Board of Turkey. He represented MoNE at the Vocational Qualifications Authority.
He was the general coordinator of the European Union projects within the scope of Financial Assistance for Refugees (FRIT). He served as a member of the Turkish National Commission for UNESCO and is currently working on international projects on a freelance basis.
